Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how our different purchase types work and how you can make changes or cancel. We offer standard one-time purchases, subscriptions, and pre-orders.
General Purchases
For standard one-time purchases, full payment is taken at the time of checkout. We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit and debit card
- Shop Pay
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
- PayPal
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, you'll receive an order confirmation email. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, as we may not be able to make changes once an order has been accepted and is being processed.
If you need to cancel a general order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@littlesproutsgardenbox.com. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has been dispatched. See our Returns Policy for what to do if your order has already shipped.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you select. Your payment details are stored securely and you'll be charged automatically before each delivery.
Your subscription will renew automatically each month unless you cancel. We'll send you a reminder before each renewal so you're never caught off guard.
If we need to change the price of your subscription, we'll notify you by email in advance of the change taking effect. If you don't wish to continue at the new price, you can cancel before the next billing date with no charge.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account. To avoid being charged for the following month, your cancellation must be made before your next billing date. If your box has already been dispatched at the time of cancellation, we are unable to issue a refund for that shipment.
When you cancel, you'll receive a confirmation email. If you don't receive one, please contact us at hello@littlesproutsgardenbox.com to confirm your cancellation has been processed.
If a scheduled payment fails, we'll attempt to process it again. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription may be paused or cancelled. We'll contact you by email if this happens.

Pre-Orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a product that is not yet in stock or not yet available. Depending on the item, we may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment details securely, and charge the full or remaining balance when the order is ready to be fulfilled.
You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been fulfilled and receive a full refund of any amount already paid. Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may be eligible to request a refund in accordance with our Returns Policy.
We'll keep you updated by email on the status of your pre-order, including when it is ready to ship and when your final payment will be taken.
